Of course, my main goal is just to be healthier and happier. But that's pretty vague. To help me keep tabs on my progress, I have three big goals:

1. Slay the sugar demon. 
2. Learn how my body reacts to different foods. 
3. Change my body composition. Losing body fat is part of that, but so is building muscle. So my final goal is more about how I look and less about how much I weigh.

Everything else is just gravy. (Wheat-free gravy, of course.)
